Read MoreWacom Intuos Art is so light and compact. Huion Giano WH1409 has an impressive giant work surface. Huion Giano WH1409 vs Wacom Intuos Art test proves that the models differ in almost everything, probably except for 2048 pressure sensitivity, which is the same for both models. The units have different resolution: Wacom Intuos Art presents 2540lpi resolution versus 5080lpi in Huion Giano WH1409. If the work surface size is the main selection criterion, I would vote for Huion, but if compactness matters more, then the choice is definitely Wacom.
It’s hard to compare the design because the only thing the models have in common is stylish black color. The devices don’t have a built-in screen but are hooked to monitor instead. First, it can be hard to draw, using a tablet and looking at the screen, but it’s easy to get used to it. Both units are well-assembled and secured.
Wacom Intuos Art is equipped with 4 buttons: 2 in the top left and the other 2 in the top right corner. The drawing surface is very smooth, thin, and light. The tablet’s easy and pleasant to use. Notice that the overall tablet size exceeds the active area size. So examine it before drawing.
Huion Giano WH1409 presents gigantic 13.8-by-8.6-inch work area, which ensures stunning productivity. The device has a 2.4 GHz wireless communication that enables using the tablet at the 40-foot distance. There are 12 buttons densely located on the left side of the work surface. The tablet works well. It allows drawing the most delicate and finest lines, letting the hand glide over its surface easily and smoothly.
Wacom Intuos Art, as well as Huion Giano WH1409, has a pen-like rechargeable stylus. It is designed for both left and right-handed use. Wacom Intuos Art pen has two additional buttons that can be configured per program, which although can be a bit confusing. Huion Giano WH1409 does not provide the opportunity to calibrate the pen.
